Cloud based Ambulance ECG system
Timing is the most critical survival factor for patient with myocardial infarction (MI). BST had developed a cloud based complete ECG system linking emergency room (ER) doctor with emergency medical technician (EMT) for critical vital sign information in real time. The cloud base system integrate multiple ambulance ECG instruments with multiple ER patient monitors (including smart phone)using standard 3G and/or Wi-Fi public network. Patient’s ECG waveform can be transmitted to ER monitor in few seconds during ambulance transportation. MI diagnoses by the ER physician at remote hospital will feedback to the EMT in ambulance without time delay. MI treatment preparation will be initiated before patient arrived to ER to increase the survival rate.
