Ballmer expressed and said: "It's the glue, it's the foundation of everything Microsoft is built on." Microsoft's previous operating system Windows 7 was released in October 2009. Despite of entering the tablet PC and portable devices late markets, Microsoft uses Windows 8 is conquer these sectors while introduced its own brand Surface Tablet few weeks ago. At the same time, Windows 8 allows users readily to store and share personal data through the "SkyDrive" cloud computing service in the midst of different devices.
