Totally Modular Configuration

This sleek, gorgeous W-POS is a series of Touch Panel computer that has a magnesium-aluminum display chassis, VESA mount PC box and all features of a POS system might have. Sharing many common characteristics of AdvanPOS's H-POS and Z-POS series, W-POS delivers a cost effective POS solution in a totally modular configuration composed of a 15-inch IP65-sealed front touch panel, an upgradeable PC box, and a number of cable-less device options.

Magnesium-aluminum Housing

Incorporating an ultra low voltage Intel Atom N270 processor up to 1.6 GHz clock rate and the latest Intel® 945GSE chipset, W-POS provides an industrial standard platform for mission critical applications such as POS, KIOSK, medical and so on. The magnesium-aluminum housing makes W-POS robust, light weight, excellent thermal conductivity and great shielding from EMI protection. The rear compact PC box contains a highly integrated motherboard and also rich I/O interfaces including one Gigabit Ethernet, four USB 2.0 ports and one serial COM port.

Cable free Devices

Cable-less devices are optional to system requirements including MSR card reader, finger print reader or i-button reader, WiFi, Bluetooth and RFID. W-POS is a WinTel platform and supports XP Pro Embedded, Windows Embedded POSReady 2009, WEPOS, Linux Windows XP / WEPOS and Linux. Streamlined housing and several color options make W-POS adapt to various business environments well and bright.
