Press Conference of BC Award
The 9th annual Best Choice (BC) Award press conference media presentation was
held on May 26th where the 22 award winning products presented to both local and
international press media. In order to properly unveil the 30th anniversary of
COMPUTEX TAIPEI 2010 on June 1st, the 5 Special Awards and the Best Choice of
the Year Award will be presented during the Opening Ceremony.
27 winners carefully selected from over 400
contesting products
The number of contesting products that have entered
the Best Choice Award has reached 416, an increased of 10 percent compared to 2009. The products
sent by numerous famous companies from domestic and overseas such as ASUSTeK, MSI, Acer, AVerMedia, Realtek, Advantech, Getac, Intel, NVIDIA
and etc.
Under the critical eyes of representatives, whom are from the industry, government,
academic circles and professional media, selected only 27 award winning products
under these categories: computer systems, IC components, peripherals, communication,
industrial computers, multimedia entertainment, storage media etc. This wide
industry range shows the latest trend in the global ICT industry that is
including mobile computing, wireless transmission, lightweight and daily
applications etc. These products have received the highest praise from the jury
for the maturity and innovation of the product.
